ATT has subcontracted installation of fiber service in our neighborhood. For some reason, my property was selected to have * access boxes installed on my lawn. Was permission asked of the home owner? You know the answer to that, right? You may not give a **** about my property values, but I do. Do you find * access boxes installed on * persons property a little excessive? I most certainly do. Along with that, the amount of foot traffic, as well as heavy equipment driven on my lawn, has really damaged my lawn, and my water sprinkler system. What will at&t do to fix these problems? So far, all that has been done is some dead grass sod patties were laid out, not even covering the damage done. Recapping, you don't ask for permission before helping yourselves, you don't clean up your messes when finished, and I am guessing at this point any lawn repair and sprinkler repair costs will fall on the home owner. Does this sound about right for how at&t does business? I am a long time customer, evidenced by my below email address. I know that doesn't mean **** anymore, which is why I am shopping to replace you for any product or service I have with you. I still want to know what your liability is for damages, and expect an answer. (tho I'm sure nothing satisfactory will be offered, if anything at all)
