I am very dissatisfied with your service. I have had the technician out and he did stuff that I really didn't see necessary as I understood that this will correct my issue. He also was supposed to come back out with a cable as he shorted the one I had because he cut it and put new hardwire so made it shorter. The issue I am having is still not corrected and I am tired of my uverse freezing, cutting off my shows that I recorded and don't get to see the ending of it and I cannot even be on my phone, internet without the TV freezing. I am ** percent away from canceling your service of the uverse. I do not have a window of *-* hours as the technician was late, came in to my home sick and the problem is still not fixed and he still has not shown up with the cable. Also, your pricing is just way to high for having just the basic channels and I mean basic. Dissatisfied customer for sure.
