we have been customers for about * months. The main box was installed in our bedroom because of outlet issues. Im having a problem we have to use * remotes, the tv is old, one remote * turn tv on and the ATT remote to turn box on. Everything seems to be ok except that it doesn't show the program I want to watch. Then a screen saver picture appears and it says to press ok to watch TV I push ok and nothing happens. I can press menu, guide etc and it shows everything, just not the program I want to watch. Very frustrating. Both other boxes in other rooms are working great.
