Account ***********Bill issued went from $***.** to $***.**. They "claim" that a special offer expired. Not So! I spoke with two representatives on ******** one was Sedana (unsure of spelling). The other was Jason at *:** that day. Both reps.*explained that I was signing up for the U-*** package, but for the same cost as the U-*** package for a period of TWO YEARS. These conversations should be recorded.*I want this bill re-issued for $***.**,*I would like to reduce my service to the U-*** pkg. or further reduce it to internet only.*It appears that your representatives are instructed to lie and misrepresent services and I find it impossible to seek help from customer service or a complaint department. The people I live around are telling me that this is the way AT&T Uverse does business.
