Good afternoon,*Im am sending this to you because I want to tell you about the horrendous customer service experience I have encounter with your customer service department. I was a potential new customer up until today when I decided to cancel my order. I placed an order for Direct TV and internet service on Monday ****. While processing the payment that I had to make which was $***, the customer service representative's computer froze and had to do the order all over again. However, the payment was processed on my end. The order was processed again and I was charged another $***. The representative advised me to call billing and have them refund me the extra $*** that was debited from my bank account. Once I got a representative from billing, I was told that they were unable to refund me and that I would have a credit on my account. I told them that was not possible and that I wanted a refund. I asked to speak to a supervisor and I was ignored. The representative then said the refund was processed, of course after I asked to speak to a supervisor, and that it would be back in my bank account in **-** hours. I called back cust. serv. dept. yesterday evening and was told that the account was credited instead of getting a refund. I told them that was NOT ACCEPTABLE and that if the $*** was not in my bank account by tomorrow ****, I would be calling back to cancel my order. Well here it is today **** and no money has been refunded and when I checked the ATT app on my phone it shows that the $*** was credited to my account for future bills!!!! This is UNACCEPTABLE and I have now cancelled my order and you have a lost a customer! Worst customer service experience ever! I will be contacting Better Business Bureau as well.
