The issue in GetHuman-cxx's own words
I just discovered that AT&T took out an unauthorized payment of $***.**- promised to reverse it to my bank and then DID NOT REVERSE IT! This happened on August **th-a month after they did the exact same thing on July **- we get paid on the ** and never would arrange to pay on a day prior to our monthly payday. My bank account is over $**** overdrawn due to this fraudulent autodraft! I am now out hundreds of dollars in fees and overdraft expenses due to this illegal action by ATT. I was promised that payment was reversed! We didn't owe $*** and sure cant afford to pay it all at once! ATT is wrong and has caused thousands of dollars in damage from this incident! I demand a refund immediately of ALL FUNDS paid since August **th! I demand ATT pay for every single expense this incident has cost my family!
GetHuman-cxx did not yet indicate what AT&T U-Verse should do to make this right.
