I signed up for a two-year package in August of ****. It was a promotional deal for ** months for u*** for $** plus taxes*fees. Last week, my bill went up only a year after the deal. They said my deal was only good for one year. I have the service order that clearly says the deal is good for two years. I called at & t customer service and they said that they couldn't do anything about it. I even offered to fax or e-mail the paperwork that states the two year agreement. They wouldn't let me send it in. They said I would have to go to a at & t store and show it to them. The nearest store is two hours away. Obviously I'm not driving two hours when I can fax, scan, email or even mail. I like uverse as a product and would like to keep it, but at the price point and time length I agreed with the seller. I've even called the seller and she won't respond. Again, I can send the service order which clearly states a two-year agreement.*In the meantime, I've had to cancel the service as a result.*Greg Fowler
