My modem get fried Tuesday night, the **th, called Wed morning. The gentleman said they could send a new one out by Fri. I waited ALL day Fri., no UPS. Had to leave at *:**, he showed up really late, left a note saying it would be at a UPS store. Called Sat., no package. I had no way of tracking before that. Called and spoke to Lisa and all she could say was, "I'm sorry" and kept saying they could send another, AT MY EXPENSE, to which I said no and it would arrive later. So waited till Mon., called the store, still no package. They said they would call when it arrived. NO, I had tracked it, and it had been there * hours. My neighbor is with Spectrum, hers got fried at the same time and they were out there the next day, Wed., and had her all set up real quick. So now, today, Monday, I've been without Wifi for almost a WEEK, no streaming, no internet and I have really limited data on my phone. And when I had to go online, I had to go to a neighbors and use hers. Thank goodness I don't work from home!!!! I spoke to Sara today and she was very helpful. I had a hard time setting up. There's more but I think you get the gist. Sara did reduce my bill but I think I should have been offered more. The stress of no internet, no streaming limited data should account for a free month. Just put yourself in my shoes. Also now I think my internet is not as fast! Grrr.....I'm really frustrated. SOMEBODY HELP ME!!! I've been pleased with U-verse till now but some of your customer service people need training on how to listen to the customer. Thank you!!!!!
I was without Internet, no streaming and little data on my phone.
I think the proper thing to do is compensate me for my stress.....not having Internet and putting up with not so nice customer service people!!!!!
