I have just experienced the worst year with AT&T U-Verse -- unbelievably poor service. I have not had one month of full, uninterrupted service. I have had approximately ** service outages* on approximately half of those, I spent **-** minutes resetting equipment myself. On about half of those, I contacted AT&T and they did resets from office. I have had approximately * service calls of techs to my apartment. Today's **-**:** appt. tech did not even show up. I'm told to just stay here up to an ADDITIONAL * hours in order to have repair and reinstatement of full services. And for this, ongoing problems for one full year, you expect full payment of my bill (minus an occasional $*-*.**. Are you serious?) I am not going to pay the current month's service. My service totally stopped once on a date between June *&**. (Had not yet started recording in a log.) Reset done*service restored. June **, lost all services in afternoon* I reset, restored. AT *:** pm, all services lost again. Called AT&T and they "rebuilt the account." Services restored. On June **, TV signal lost. One TV reset. On July ** I returned from a trip -- to total outage.. I reset all equipment, and services restored except DVR not working. Scheduled appt. for July **. Tech got equipment working -- for three whole days!!! July **, stopped in middle of DVR program. *:** pm same day, total service outage* I did reset, services restored. July **, TV & Internet back, TV in LR not. July **, total service outage. Scheduled for July ** appt.. Returned from trip July ** -- total service outage. Did reset myself, service restored except for one TV.**Here we are for the July ** appt., **-**:** window. Tech DID NOT SHOW, and I'm told to just sit here up to another two hours.**I will NOT be paying this month's bill. I should not have been paying ANY month's bill in full, as I have not had one single month of uninterrupted service. Would YOU pay for services you didn't get?**Please have someone email me to confirm that I will be exempt from paying this month's bill -- after one full year of worst possible service.
