On Thursday around **am there was an AT&T truck in the ally behind my home. Not sure of what was going on but somehow he disconnected our U-verse. We are without phone, cable and internet. When I called to have someone come out to reconnect us thy gave us a service call for July *. Why can’t they come back out and just reconnect our service. We have family coming in from out of town this weekend. This is totally unacceptable **Account * ***********Please contact us with a better solution. I’ve been a faithful customer over the years. This is not fair.
