Before UVerse our internet was fine. We got UVerse and we have had nothing but problems. Multiple service techs came and gave us as many excuses as there were techs WITHOUT FIXING THE PROBLEM. Three boxes, outlet changes, new wiring (inside and out), "jacked up the signal at the office", "we're at the end of the line", "we're not fiber" on and on. I WANT THIS PROBLEM FIXED!! BTW when the internet dies so does the phone which means in the event of an emergency we have no way to call for help (check with your lawyers on how something like that would turn out).
I trust that AT&T U-Verse will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
