I have Direct TV thru ATT. I've had it for * year. it has never worked right ever even one day. I've called them *-* times and I get stuck in their horrible customer service around and around we go you can talk to anyone as long as it is the phillippines loop. I spent * hours on the phone with them today - they can not help me, but they can hang up on me and transfer me to the wrong ** people and say they are unable to transfer me. I have been a loyal ATT customer having found their customer service better than comcast. But not anymore. * hours today, * hours two weeks ago. What does one have to do? Poor US Att based support people who are getting such a horrible re****tion.
I trust that AT&T U-Verse will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
