I am a new AT&T customer and was suppose to get my service installed today. After waiting * hrs I was told by the installer that he had no dvr’s & the TV’s could not be installed. I was also told this has been an issue for almost two weeks. My question is why was I sold a service that could not be installed? Why was I allowed to wait * hrs. for installation when AT&T knew there was no equipment for the install? Worse customer service I have “ever” encountered. So, I cancelled my U-Verse *** TV plan. However, I did get a simple apology for wasting my holiday weekend Sat waiting for to install a service that you knew you had no equipment for. Sad!!!!
