I have been waiting to hear from someone about the billing disaster that was created when I set up my account about *-* months ago. The inverse service was supposed to be paired with my existing cell service bill, it wasn’t. They were supposed to be changing the data plan for all our cellphones and was told it would result in a $** decrease in our monthly cell bill, with the addition of the $** uverse bill, there should have been a difference of a $** increase in what we had been paying previously. They charged installation fees and activation fees which I was told were going to be waved. I called about the problem months ago, have called subsequently about * times, not an exaggeration, and every time I am told that the account is still under review and that I should hear something soon. This has reached the point of being ridiculous. I got a message reminding me to return my equipment, so obviously the ball has been completely dropped. I have been without cable for months now and am beyond irritated. No one seems to be able to help me ever. If that bill gets passed to collections I will take legal action. I have never in my life dealt with such a total mess from any sort of subscription service before. I need someone to figure this out today!
