Help me with my issue
The issue in GetHuman-appyacre's own words
create an account for the block of time ... my wireline reimbursement concession is being discontinued i'am,trying to get the block of *** minutes of free att long distance plan set up. I have sierra tel as my local carrier and att for long distance with a pic of ****. I have called many people that have not been able e to help. the supervisors have not called me back. also i'm a retired att employee.
no one wants to help because my number is with a different local carrier and they cannot find the att account *

tried calling all the numbers associated with the letter I received ,i'am have been transferred many many time at least ** calls
