It has been nearly two weeks, and every time I contact customer service, they run the same tests with no success. I am left with no service, only able to make emergency calls. As a nurse, it is crucial for me to have a functioning phone at all times. I was initially told the issue would be resolved in 2 days, but that timeframe has long passed, and I have been patient for another week to no avail. Despite my loyal 6-year tenure as a customer, the lack of progress is frustrating. I urge for a swift resolution as promised, as this situation is unacceptable. My name is Julie White.

I frequently experience a lack of mobile network coverage, with minimal to no 4G connectivity in my area. Despite being promised service when I purchased my phone, I consistently have no signal in downtown Maynard, Arkansas. This affects both residents like myself and visitors using AT&T. I have contacted AT&T multiple times through their Mark the Spot feature, receiving responses indicating they are working on the issue. However, there has been little to no improvement over the years. This lack of service has caused AT&T to lose customers in the area. I struggle to send text messages, often having to step outside or wave my phone in the air for a chance at connectivity. If sporadically I can send a text indoors, there should be a way to boost the signal for consistent coverage in homes and downtown Maynard, Arkansas. This lack of service impacts everyday tasks like accessing digital coupons at Dollar General. Your attention to this matter is appreciated.

My calls keep dropping within two minutes, both outgoing and incoming. This has been happening for about a month now. I reached out to customer service last week, but haven't heard back yet. It's extremely frustrating not being able to maintain a call connection. I request immediate attention to this matter and a discount on my July bill due to this inconvenience. I am disappointed with the service and may consider not paying if the issue persists. I urge a prompt response as I cannot even contact customer service without calls dropping. Update: Customer service promised a discount on the next bill, but it hasn't been applied yet. The issue of dropped calls remains unresolved. The service quality has been consistently poor, with long hold times and unfulfilled promises.

I recently received an AT&T Go phone refill pin card as a gift from my sister. However, when I tried to add it to my account, I encountered some difficulties. After speaking to three different representatives on the phone, none of them were able to assist me effectively. They advised me to visit the store where the card was purchased, which is more than 30 miles away from me. I'm already low on time and unable to make the trip without a working phone, but they were unhelpful and even abruptly ended one call. They provided me with the wrong contact information for Fast Card, further complicating matters. Considering this frustrating experience, I am considering switching to Sprint or Verizon for better service and incentives compared to Go phone.

I received a AT&T GoPhone refill pin card as a gift from my sister, but I encountered issues adding it to my account. After speaking with multiple unhelpful customer service representatives, who advised me to go back to the store where the card was purchased, located over ** miles away, I am frustrated as I have limited time to resolve this matter. Despite being repeatedly redirected to the store, one representative abruptly ended the call during a transfer and provided an incorrect number for further assistance. I am considering switching to Sprint or Verizon due to the lack of support and inconvenience I have faced with GoPhone.

I contacted AT&T GoPhone customer support to disable my phone calls and texts but the representative mistakenly deactivated my phone without warning me about the consequences. When I called back, another representative informed me that my phone's memory could not be restored. After visiting an AT&T store and contacting other companies, I was advised to reach out to my service provider within 90 days for any chance of recovering the data. Unfortunately, it took me over 90 days to speak to someone who mentioned the possibility of restoring the memory if I had contacted them within the timeframe. I am currently dealing with a custody dispute where I need the phone data for evidence of child abuse and alcohol abuse. The situation is extremely frustrating and has caused me unnecessary trouble.

Hello, my name is Kari Rucinski. I have an ongoing account with your company and have experienced several issues. My date of birth is November 18, [redacted]. I am reaching out to see if you can locate my previous number to access my active account with you. The original number was [redacted], then changed to [redacted], and later to a [redacted] number. Unfortunately, I don't remember my current active phone number as I've had to change it multiple times due to theft. I recently acquired a new Apple phone with the IMEI number A100001Aff1670, and I would greatly appreciate it if you could transfer all my account information to this device. If more details are needed, I can provide them when I visit the library. Thank you.

I've been an AT&T Prepaid customer for some time now. On August 6, [redacted], I topped up my plan with $10 through paygonline.com. However, when attempting to log in recently, I received the message "The Wireless Phone Number is not associated with a valid prepaid subscriber. Please check the number and try again." I understand that the number shouldn't be deactivated within 60 days of the credit expiring. Living outside the US and traveling there occasionally for business, I rely on having a seamless experience when I arrive by having a prepaid plan ready to use. I've been vigilant about keeping my plan active. My AT&T prepaid number is [redacted]. I'm hoping for a solution to this issue.

I recently contacted AT&T about my GoPhone number, [redacted], and was informed that my $[redacted] balance expired on Dec 16th. I was shocked to hear that I couldn't retrieve the funds. It's hard to believe that the money is gone just because it reached its expiration date. I find this situation completely unacceptable. Due to this issue, I have decided to no longer be an AT&T customer. Losing that amount of money right before the holidays is incredibly frustrating, especially because of a mere four-day expiration date. Thank you.

I made an early payment today even though my bill isn't due until December 27. I noticed that my data balance shows only 737mb left, even after paying. I tried to reach out to customer service three times for technical support, but I got disconnected each time. Before being disconnected, a recording mentioning CBU plays, and then the call drops. This happens often whenever I pay early. I was notified instantly via text when my payment was processed today, so why isn't my service updated immediately? It shouldn't take hours or days to reflect the payment. This has been a recurring issue, and I would appreciate it if this could be addressed promptly.

I transferred my number from Verizon to AT&T prepaid successfully. The port status is "Confirmed," and upon trying to activate my new phone and SIM, I see the message "Your SIM card is Active" with the correct phone number and plan displayed. However, when I attempt to access "Manage Account," I encounter an error stating the number is not associated with a valid AT&T Prepaid subscriber. Despite visiting the local AT&T store for an hour without a solution and contacting AT&T support, who informed me that the porting is "postponed" and couldn't assist further, the issue remains unresolved after over 4 hours of troubleshooting. If this matter is not rectified soon, I may have to cancel and revert to Verizon service.

A case was opened to address the GOPHONE profile's inability to change the current phone number on a computer. Despite an initial successful discussion with AT&T support and the assignment of a case number, subsequent attempts to follow up were met with challenges, including long wait times and unreturned messages. Ultimately, the incident was marked as closed by AT&T. Today, a support technician reached out to inquire about the incident's status. Although the computer issue persists, the Android device is functioning properly. AT&T has officially closed the case, allowing support staff to focus on other matters, rendering further follow-up calls unnecessary.

I contacted customer service on the 18th to explain that my phone has been out of order for a month and a half. I requested to suspend my account and payment until my phone is fixed, around the 12th of next month. The representative assured me that my credit card payment would be stopped, a credit would be applied to my account until September, and I would be moved to a 25 cents per minute plan. However, the next day, my card was charged for two months, causing an overdraft. I am concerned as I have the $65 plan but only pay $45 monthly, yet two payments of $45 were taken on the 21st. Please advise on how to resolve this issue. I can't receive calls on my phone, so kindly contact me via email at [redacted] Thank you, Laurae Doerrie.

I ordered an AT&T Prepaid SIM card on September 14, [redacted], but it has yet to arrive at my dorm address at Georgia State University. Despite checking with the front desk, the package seems to be lost. I am requesting a replacement SIM card from AT&T Prepaid to be sent to either my home address at [redacted] Brogdan Farm Way, Buford GA [redacted], or to my dorm address: [redacted] Piedmont Ave NE, Building B, Room # [redacted], Atlanta, GA [redacted]. I prefer the home address for delivery due to the previous issue. I have contacted FedEx about the missing package (case #: [redacted], tracking #: [redacted]52). Please assist me with resolving this situation promptly. Thank you for your help. Best regards, Sakib J.

Hello, my name is Erick C. and I have been a customer since June of this year without any issues. I have always paid my bill on time, but this month has been challenging due to a financial setback. My plan was supposed to renew on 10/8/[redacted], and although it's still working, I'm concerned it may be shut off soon. I am kindly requesting an extension until Friday to make my full payment and avoid any service interruption. I apologize for the inconvenience and hope for your understanding and assistance in this one-time situation. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

For the past week, my voicemail has not been working. The customer service representatives I spoke with were difficult to understand. They indicated the issue was on AT&T's end but had no solution. This lack of assistance is not satisfactory. I have been an AT&T customer since [redacted], and if the problem is not fixed by the end of October, I will be switching providers. I am already exploring other options. It is important to have customer service representatives who speak clear English. My voicemail continuously states "service unavailable," causing significant problems with my family and work. I am frustrated with the situation. I expect good service for the money I pay and reasonable customer support when problems arise. The inefficiency of your staff has pushed me to my limit, and I am informing others in my network about these issues. Many of them share my disappointment. AT&T's customer service has notably declined, and I am not inclined to recommend your services.

My name is Heather Walters, and my number is [redacted]. I have been a loyal AT&T customer for a long time, and I have never experienced this issue before. I had my phone reactivated on November 17, but by November 28, it showed that I had used up all my high-speed internet, which is only 10 days. My bill is due again on December 17, but today is December 2. For three days, my phone wasn't working, and now it won't let me use any internet. Even when something does pop up, it takes forever to load. This is very frustrating because I have never had any problems like this before. I urgently need AT&T to reinstate my high-speed internet on my wireless prepaid number [redacted]. This is important to me, and I need my account fixed as soon as possible. If you need to discuss this further with me, please feel free to call me. Thank you.

I enrolled in automatic draft to pay my GoPhone bill and receive a $5 discount on the $30 plan. However, the automatic payment was processed and caused a service interruption, leading to inconvenience. This is not how automatic payments should function. If this issue persists, I may have to switch to a different cell phone provider. I would appreciate assistance in resolving this matter. Thank you, Joyce L.

I bought two prepaid phones and two $25 prepaid minutes for my kids for Christmas. When we tried to put the minutes on the phones, we got locked out. Walmart.com sold them incorrectly according to what I was told. I attempted to return the phones on Christmas Eve, but Walmart was closed. I successfully returned both phones today, but they refused to take back the two cards with minutes. The minutes are unused, with the codes still intact, totaling $50 of prepaid time that we are unable to use. I am seeking a refund for this situation, as the issue between AT&T and Walmart had a negative impact on my kids' Christmas.

I am currently a Cricket customer, and my SIM card is showing as exhausted. I bought an AT&T prepaid phone with a new SIM card, and both SIM cards start with the same numbers. Could you assist me with activating the new SIM card on my Cricket account? In the past, you helped me when my Cricket phone was stolen, and I would appreciate your help again as I have no means of getting another SIM card from Cricket. Thank you.
