Help with my AT&T Go Phone issue

I received a gift from my sister that was an AT&T Go phone refill pin card I had trouble putting it on account so I called and spoke to * different people and none of them were any help they just told me I would have to drive to the store she got it from which is over ** miles away from me I barely have time to even think let alone drive all the way back down to the store with no phone to get it taken care of but they just kept cutting me off telling me I had to go back to the store and then one of them hung up on me when "transferring me" and then gave me the wrong number so I cant even get ahold of fast card. I'm seriously thinking about switching to Sprint or Verizon because there is incentives for me to stay with go phone and after this experience Im pretty much over it.

GetHuman-megandie did not yet indicate what AT&T Go Phone should do to make this right.
