i was browsing a neww service site call attlocal.com . you have access to all your att services in detail , find out why issues are happening, your settings ... what ever plan you have you can enable or disable it .if you paid for it. WHAT I FOUND IS A MAIN FEATURE *SERVICE IN MY PHONE PLAN WAS DISABLED AND LOCKED ... Sept. *, *****RE: recent discovery of product*service feature not implemented in my home phone plan**the service plan for my home phone is " phone international plus " listed at $ **.** a month but i pay **.** as my bill reads* SO MY RECENT DISCOVERY UTILIZING A GREAT SERVICE TOOL *ATTLOCAL.COM* WHILE BROWSING PHONE FEATURES THAT I HAVE BEEN PAYING FOR FOR SEVERAL YEARS WERE DISABLED , AND MYATT.NET SITE DOES NOT SHOW WHAT I SAW ON THERE SITE.i was able to activate any feature EXCEPT one (International outgoing calls) it was disabled and i would not activate , my phone plan buy name alone clearly shows i was paying for a product that was never in * years activated to it 's full potential for which i paid extra for. these setting can only be accessed by me or at&t.. to change settings, they cannot be done by phone or remote. i my have not needed the features that were disabled but no discount shows anywhere on my bill stating i was saviving money by not using them , i pay for it , it must be available at activation * years ago*i think the only solution is compensation for overpayment or my account be credited $$***.** at the beginning of each year for * years. i truly do not believe att.com did this intentionally to cheat me as a consumer but rather s negligence and bad work ethics of all employees. nobody benefiitted from this , but there was damage and mistreatment bottom line at the date of this discovery , my home phone capabilities were less than what att has on its basic plan @ $**.**
WHAT THEY DONT REALIZE , EVEN THO I KNOW THIS WAS JUST NEGLIGENCE AND NO MALICIOUS INTENT WAS INVOLVED, BUT IF A CONSUMER PAYS FOR A WHOLE PINEAPPLE DO NOT JUST SEND HIM A SLICE... VICTOR PLATERO
*.* MILLION ,...JUST IKIDDING.. HONESTLY SINCE I PAID FOR A **.** A MONTH SERVICE FOR * YEARS AND RECIEVED A BASIC **.** SERVICE FOR FOUR YEARS I BE COMPENSATED **.** FOR EACH ONE OF THE MONTHS WITH INTEREST OR LATE FEES AT ** % $*,***.**
* YEARS , PAY ONTIME , AND NOT ONE OF MY ELITE SERVICES COME CLOSE TO WHAT IS ADVERTISED BUT ARE STILL PAID FOR
