My name is Anne Henry my email address is *****@***.com. Last Saturday **th November I purchased a downloadable embroidery pattern from an Etsy Company called Easy Creations.*Unknown to me they transmit by G.Mail which I do not utilise, In fact Ido not know how to activate! it. So I asked the site owner to send it to my aol address, which she agreed to do sending me a confirmation when the pattern was sent. then I received another to say that it had been returned (or refused), Using my name and email address are you able to trace the message. The message will include a downloadable pattern for an embroidery of an Argentina flag. Look forward to hearing from you. Many thanks*i
