My AOL account was blocked on March 5 or March 6. My stepdaughter's husband, Scott A Geer, who is a computer professional, has been assisting me with my computer and the internet since [redacted]. Although he lives in South Carolina and I live in Tucson, Arizona, he helps me remotely. Currently, my wife and I are on a three-month European trip and will be back in Tucson on June 6. We are currently staying at the Westin Dublin hotel in Dublin, Ireland (phone number: [redacted]-1-[redacted]) and will be moving to Knocktopher Abbey tomorrow (phone number: [redacted]-[redacted]). Scott made changes to my AOL account on March 5 before our departure, and I suspect these changes may have led to the account blockage. I urgently need to send and receive critical emails from people we are meeting during our trip. I understand AOL's need to verify my identity, and I am eager to prove that I am Nicholas B. Kronwall, the account owner. How can I facilitate the unblocking of my account? I have been unsuccessful in reaching AOL's customer service via phone in the U.S. In the meantime, please contact me through my wife's email address, [redacted] Thank you for your assistance. I encountered an issue recently where I was unexpectedly logged out of my account. Unfortunately, I am now facing difficulty signing back in because I no longer have access to the phone number associated with the account. Initially, when I contacted customer support, they mentioned that my name "Mercedes" was not recognized, leading me to believe it might be registered under my screen name "Punkster63." However, subsequent calls have been unfruitful as I receive a message stating my account is not accessible. Interestingly, when attempting to log in, there are no errors with my email or password; instead, I am stuck at the stage requesting a phone number, causing the login issue. It appears this problem may not be related to incorrect login credentials.

I have been attempting to access my AOL account for several months now. However, I changed my phone number and email address years ago, making it difficult to retrieve my login information. My XBOX Live account is linked to this email, and I am unable to access it without the necessary login details. Despite numerous attempts to recover my account by selecting the "forgot password" option, I receive a message stating that my account cannot be recovered due to lack of access to the recovery phone number and email. When speaking with a representative, I struggled to confirm the name on the account, which may have been entered inaccurately when I created it at the age of 12. Although I successfully logged in once in [redacted], I did not record the updated password, leaving me unsure of the next steps. I urgently need to transfer important data to another account and seek guidance on resolving this issue. Thank you for your assistance. - J.

Please contact me at [redacted] Hello, All emails addressed to me at [redacted] are now being automatically redirected to [redacted] This setup enables my email client to access comcast.net and fetch all my emails. However, emails originating from the US Treasury, when relayed by the AOL.com server, fail to reach me. Instead, AOL's server notifies me that the email forwarding process to [redacted] was unsuccessful. If you check my AOL.com inbox, you will find error messages for each Treasury email that was purportedly forwarded but failed to reach me. Is this an issue that AOL can resolve? Essentially, can they adjust their email server to handle US Treasury emails correctly when forwarding them? Thank you. [redacted]

I previously owned an Indesit ceramic hob cooker that was deemed faulty by your engineers. I switched to an Amica Cooker which has not lived up to my expectations. The cooking times are longer, the cooker leaks oil, and the seals are difficult to clean, which was not what I was promised. I am looking to exchange this Amica cooker for a different brand, even if it means paying more. The new cooker is an Amica AFC555OWH and it has been an even worse experience than the first one. - S.R. I encountered an odd issue when I logged into my AOL email through Google Chrome. Strangely, the entire email page appeared in German, including the location showing as Berlin. Despite never leaving the United States, the language settings were always on English (US), yet AOL email continued to display in German. To rectify this, I updated my password and changed the location back to my hometown.

I've encountered a DNS Hack with Guce.advertising.com causing an influx of unwanted emails, including from pornographic sites. I sought assistance from Apple, but despite efforts to remove it for almost an hour, the issue persists. While Apple couldn't block IP addresses to resolve it, logging into AOL via Safari triggers connection issues with Guce advertising, hindering access to my mail. AOL prompts errors, requiring multiple attempts before I can successfully log in. Although I can receive emails through Apple's mail list, sending is inaccessible. Conversely, via Safari, I can both send and receive emails, but checking multiple accounts becomes cumbersome compared to the streamlined Apple setup. I'm seeking assistance to rectify this situation promptly.

I seem to have somehow acquired a DNS Hack from Guce.advertising.com, causing a slew of unsolicited emails, including inappropriate content. Despite reaching out to Apple, spending an hour attempting to resolve it, the issue persists. Although it's not Apple's fault, I was hopeful they could assist by blocking certain IP addresses. Unfortunately, their efforts were in vain. When I attempt to access AOL from Safari instead of the Apple email list, I'm met with a message preventing log-in due to the Guce advertising issue. After trying to sign in again from the previous screen, I encounter an error message from AOL. Eventually, I can access and send emails through Safari, but not through Apple's email setup, making it inconvenient to manage multiple accounts. Assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I am eager to alphabetize my incoming emails by email addresses with a simple click on the UP or DOWN ARROW near the FROM box. This feature was efficient for deleting unwanted emails quickly compared to using the SEARCH button. I am frustrated by its removal and request that AOL restore the UP and DOWN ARROW functionality adjacent to the FROM tab at the top of my email box. Your attention to this matter is greatly appreciated, and I hope for a prompt resolution.

Hello, I am writing on behalf of my dad, Mr. Rod Jones, who is facing issues with his AOL account. Two weeks ago, he accidentally entered the wrong password and AOL sent a verification to my late mom's phone. Despite providing all necessary documentation, including a death certificate and utility bills, the matter remains unresolved. This situation has caused immense distress to my 73-year-old dad, who operates his business from home. His business has been on hold for two weeks due to this email issue. He urgently needs access to his account to resume his operations. I am requesting prompt assistance from AOL to rectify this as my dad's health is at risk due to the stress this has caused. Please reach out to him via phone or email at [redacted] or [redacted] Your immediate attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. Tracey Hamblet, Daughter of Mr. Rod Jones, 1 Alder Rise, Stockport.

I received an email from Blood Pressure Alert with a very disturbing photo attached. The image depicts a man with a bag over his head and a gun pointed at him. Given the prevalent gun-related issues in America, this is deeply troubling to my family, especially as we recently experienced the loss of a friend to suicide. I am concerned about the impact of such content. Can someone please advise on how to remove this email? I am actively reaching out to express my objections regarding this matter to the relevant individuals or organizations.

I am encountering difficulties resetting my AOL account password. Despite numerous attempts using my landline and flip phone without text capabilities, I have been unsuccessful in receiving a phone reset. After hours of calling, constant ringing with no response, and speaking with a supervisor named Summer who advised me to wait another 24 hours, I am left frustrated with the lack of customer service provided. This ordeal has left my AOL account inaccessible, forcing me to rely on Outlook Express for email communication. It is disheartening that this situation may require me to purchase an expensive phone or text account, especially in my retirement on a fixed income. The progression from Verizon to AOL has been riddled with problems, making it challenging to find a resolution. I am determined to escalate this issue to the CEO or other appropriate personnel in hopes of resolving my email access problem and receiving adequate customer support.

Yesterday, while composing an email, I received a notification from AOL stating I was disconnected and needed to log back in. However, when I attempted to do so, my password was not recognized. Despite trying to reset it and entering the verification codes sent to my phone at [redacted], I was still unable to access my account. After waiting and retrying, the verification codes were sent to my husband's phone instead of mine. I am seeking assistance in regaining access to my email account. Kindly send the verification code to my phone at [redacted] since I am unable to retrieve it from my account [redacted] Due to this issue, I am also unable to view updated emails on my phone after attempting to change my password recently.

My cell phone isn't receiving emails. I recently got an email regarding the disconnection of my AOL service, which I believe was done by mistake. The message said the request was approved and would take effect one hour from when the email was opened. I tried to reply but received an error. Please restore our AOL service. Thank you. - Tom & Leslye Durilla

AOL was extremely helpful in resolving several AOL-related issues, particularly ensuring my computer's security. They informed me that McAfee was included as a benefit, and after a thorough attempt by one technician and then a specialist, it was determined that Webroot and McAfee cannot coexist. Opting to keep Webroot due to frequent assistance from Geek Squad, I appreciated when Preventer Fortress was installed on my computer. However, I recently noticed it has been deactivated. I am eager to have this matter addressed promptly. Thank you in advance for your guidance.

I usually access my e-mail through AOL, but I have forgotten my password. When I try to reset it by clicking on "forgot password," it prompts me to confirm my phone number for verification. After inputting the verification code they send me, I am stuck on the same page without being able to reset my password. I attempted to call for assistance yesterday, but encountered difficulties due to AOL's issues. Can someone please provide guidance on how to resolve this issue? Thank you, Jeanne.

On 5/22/19, Hello, today I encountered an issue with my AOL email account. When attempting to log in via Safari 12.1.1 on (OS 10.13.6), the AOL sign-in page repeatedly prompted me to re-enter my password without connecting, creating a loop. However, when accessing the same account through Apple's "Mail" program, I could successfully log in. This leads me to believe there may be a problem with the AOL sign-in interface specifically on Safari. I have been using AOL for two decades and have not experienced this particular problem before. I have attached my email address for reference, as I am currently unable to access my account through the usual AOL sign-in page. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Don Campfield

I recently received an email from AOL indicating that my account is at risk of being deactivated. This email ended up in my spam folder, leaving me unsure if it's legitimate or a scam. As a long-time user, I've never encountered such a message before. I want to verify its authenticity and prevent my account from being deactivated. The email advised reaching out to AOL to address this issue, but I'm unsure how to contact them directly. Any assistance on how to proceed to ensure my account remains active would be greatly appreciated.
