Guevarra August **, *:** P.M. flight to the US from the Philippines through Justfly, Flight *** (Manila to Narita and Flight * from Haneda to San Francisco), will require him to transfer from Narita Airport to Haneda and a layover for ** hours! Our initial reservation was only a *-hour lay-over in Narita.**May I be clarified on the following:**. Will ANA provide him transportation from Narita to Haneda? He is a minor at ** years old and this is his first time to fly alone and first time also in Japan.**. Will he and his co-passengers be given free food and hotel accommodation?**. Will Ana provide him assistance through a ground crew just to ensure that he does not get lost especially at this time of the pandemic in which not knowing his way around Japan might expose him unnecessarily?**Will he be assisted up to the time that he boards his flight to the US in Haneda Airport?**. Will he need a transit visa since he needs to go out of the airport? If so, this might not be possible since the Japanese embassy might be closed at this time and there is no more time for him to apply for the transit visa.**Thank you.
