We have had our seats changed due to a change of aircraft. Yet our original seats are still shown on the aircraft configuration. We phoned ANA at considerable costs to ourselves to secure a row consisting of only two seats **A & **C and have now been changed to a row of * seats.*This is unacceptable and I wish it to be changed back.*Our flight booking code is LAQCDT and it is the **.**hrs Frankfurt to Haneda flight on **th September ****.
GetHuman3445257 did not yet indicate what ANA should do to make this right.
