My friend, Mark, and I planned to watch "The Mule" for his 63rd birthday, as we hadn't been to the movies in a while. Unfortunately, when we arrived on a crowded Saturday night, there was only one cashier, causing a long line. The assistant manager sold us the last two seats together in the first row as we were using a card. However, when we entered, our seats were taken. Feeling frustrated, I spoke with the manager, Landon, who requested our ticket stubs. Despite explaining the situation, neither Landon nor the assistant manager helped us reclaim our seats. Disappointed, we left and requested a rain check for another day. I even tried to get a birthday popcorn for Mark, but was unsuccessful due to a misunderstanding about the soda. It was a disappointing experience at the AMC at Stapley and the 60 The Mesa Grand, where I have been a patron for nearly two decades. It was a letdown to see people sleeping with blankets in the lobby unnoticed.

On my 18th birthday, I went to see "Us" with a friend. However, our movie experience was disrupted by two women arguing, which led to a 15-20 minute commotion and the movie being paused. Despite the management's intervention and the movie being restarted, I had to leave due to my curfew as I still live with my parents. Unfortunately, I missed the end of the movie and wasn't given an alternative by the theater staff. It was disappointing that they didn't offer us any compensation or consider restarting the movie from where it was interrupted, as we had already missed 40 minutes of it.

I am a person with a disability and usually sit in the back of the theater. Last Thursday, I went to see "Endgame," but the servers were so loud that it completely ruined the movie experience for me. When I politely asked them to stop walking behind me and to use the hallway, they yelled at me. The same situation occurred on Friday when I went with my son. The servers were talking loudly, using flashlights, and making a lot of noise. Despite my repeated requests for them to be quiet and to stop walking behind me, they continued. I even tried to prevent them from walking behind by placing a wheelchair tray behind my seat, but they kept moving it. When I confronted the manager about the situation, he rudely told me that if I didn't like it, I could leave and threatened to have me escorted out by the police. I find this behavior unacceptable, and I am frustrated that corporate and the theater manager have not offered a satisfactory resolution. I am in the back row, center seat, and simply want to enjoy the movie without constant disruptions.

I am having trouble accessing previous seasons on AMC+ via Roku. When I try to watch shows like "The Walking Dead," I only see the newest season available. I would like to watch from the beginning of the series. I am also having difficulty accessing another show's first season. I have tried to contact Roku for assistance but have been unsuccessful. I am seeking a refund for my recent order ([redacted]64) placed today. I noticed that the "convenience fee" is non-refundable, and I am unclear as to why. While it may benefit AMC, it is unfair to the customer. Not refunding this fee appears dishonest. I expected a full refund of $22.01, not a partial one. A notification about the refund policy before the order would have been helpful. The lack of transparency in pricing seems deceitful. The website lacks information on refunds and customer service, making it challenging to find help. The difficulty in locating a phone number directly on the website reflects poorly on AMC's customer service approach.

I bought tickets for the Black Widow movie in Southington, CT, on 7/14/21 at 2:30 PM. I accidentally selected 3D tickets instead of a digital showing. I paid with a gift card, but I didn't receive an email confirmation with an order number yet. My name is S. Pacileo, and I made the purchase on 7/8/21. I visited the local AMC theater in Statesboro, Georgia, a few weeks ago. I bought a movie ticket and a drink for a show that night. When I needed to use the restroom in the women's restroom, there was no sign indicating it was closed, and it wasn't cordoned off. A young male employee followed me into the stall, insisting the restroom was closed and tried to force me out, disregarding my medical emergency. He threatened to call the police, and when I complained to the general manager, I received no resolution. Upon returning to the theater the next night, I was confronted by four police officers because the same employee wanted me banned and accused me of criminal trespassing. This treatment was unfair, and I believe I was discriminated against. I plan to file complaints with corporate and local news about this incident which ruined my experience as a 54-year-old customer.

Theater Rental Refund - I had booked a rental at the AMC Magic Johnson Theater in Largo, Maryland for August 18th. Today, on August 17th, I visited the theater to check if it would be suitable for the seniors I planned to invite. Unfortunately, upon entering, I was shocked by the dirt and disrepair of some chairs, raising concerns about cleanliness and safety. Due to these issues, I had to cancel my event at the theater and reschedule for the following week, despite disappointing the seniors who were excited about the movie. As an AMC shareholder, I didn't want them to have a negative experience associated with the AMC brand. I've requested a refund, but realize the policy states cancellations must be made within 24 hours of the rental, which technically was 21 hours prior to the booking. I kindly ask for an exception to be made for a refund of the theater rental and the cameo party pack.

My AMC Theater experience was disappointing. A family occupied mine and my sons' seats, and when I asked them to move, they didn't comply. I insisted that they relocate because I had paid for those specific seats. Despite the crowded theater, it seemed that some of their children had sneaked in with no seating available for them. Furthermore, on the other side, a couple engaged in excessive PDA, which made the situation uncomfortable. Additionally, the noisy family members were talking loudly, watching TikTok videos, playing loud music, and their phones were constantly ringing. The overall environment was unpleasant, and unfortunately, my son and I did not have an enjoyable time at the theater.

I am writing to express my disappointment with an employee at the Miami Sunset Mall location. Recently, my son and his friends attended a screening of "Eternals" at 7:50 in room 7. Although they were speaking loudly, the employee's response was completely inappropriate. He aggressively told them, "I'm going to need you to shut the f*** up" and later instructed them to "get the f*** out." As someone who has worked with the public, I believe this behavior towards minors is unacceptable. It is evident that the employee's approach was disrespectful and unwarranted, especially given the situation involving minors. Describing the employee as having a buzz cut, slight chin hair, being slim, and standing at 5'8", I hope that this incident can be addressed by management and that all customers are treated with respect and professionalism at all times.

I would like to cancel my AMC+ subscription and receive a refund. I find the content to be lacking and disappointing. I cannot justify paying for the subpar entertainment. Due to the spring shutdown, I missed two performances at the Met Opera. I had bought tickets in advance and would like to request a refund to use for the December 8th, 6:30 PM performance of "Euridice." I need two tickets in the handicapped section for the encore show. Can you assist with this reservation, or do I have to visit the theater in person? Please advise on the necessary steps to secure tickets for the opera. I saw your advertisement offering a promotion of $1.99 a month for 12 months and decided to give it a try. However, my bank flagged it as suspicious and didn't process the payment. I missed the deadline to confirm it as a valid transaction, which caused the payment to be declined. I have since contacted my bank, resolved the issue, and now I am in the process of paying the $23.88 for the yearly subscription. I bought the holiday special price for AMC Plus online. However, when I tried to access it on Prime, I couldn't find a sign-in option, and it automatically started a free 7-day trial. If I can't use the $1.99 monthly subscription I already bought online, I don't want to purchase another subscription through Prime. There was no link to cancel my online subscription when I checked my account. Help!

I bought the AMC+ app during a Christmas special for a year, but every time I try to open it, my phone crashes. The app doesn't work on my TV either. Despite trying to reinstall it multiple times, it keeps causing issues on all devices I use. It's frustrating to have paid $25 for an app that is so problematic. This experience with the app has been incredibly disappointing and frustrating.

I was exploring AMC Plus to check if I could access it through my internet service. I entered my card details to obtain more information, expecting a 7-day free trial, but I was charged $23 immediately. I did not intend to subscribe, and I promptly canceled the service. I feel deceived by this situation. If I do not receive a response, I will report this to the Better Business Bureau and share my negative experience on various platforms. We recently went to the AMC theater in Huntsville, AL to watch the new Spider-Man movie, and we were left disappointed on multiple fronts. Despite having no trouble purchasing tickets online beforehand, upon arrival, we ordered a large popcorn and drink combo. Unfortunately, we were given a bag of popcorn instead of the usual bucket since they were out of buckets. The bag was inconvenient to share and appeared smaller than the large we paid for. Additionally, most freestyle machines were lacking ice and had minimal drink options available, leaving us wishing we had skipped the concessions. The theater was unkempt, littered with trash, and in poor condition, especially the restroom facilities which were partially out of order and unhygienic. The lack of operational amenities and reduced staff presence diminished the overall experience we once cherished at AMC. This disappointing visit has led us to explore alternative movie venues for our future outings. We felt it was important to share our feedback regarding our visit. Thank you, The M Family.

My children had a disappointing experience at AMC this past weekend. They went to see a movie with an adult chaperone and 4 friends. After the movie, while waiting for the chaperone, they were asked for their tickets and were told to leave due to a disruption report, although they were not informed during the movie. Despite being under 13 years old, they were put outside in the cold (23 degrees) without any explanation, even though they complied. It's concerning that they were the only group approached, especially as African Americans, without being checked for adult supervision. I believe in teaching my children respect and integrity, and this incident upsets me. I would appreciate a prompt response from someone in the corporate office to address these unjust actions and ensure this doesn't happen again. My children were unfairly treated, especially as we observed Martin Luther King weekend.

I went to the AMC theater at [redacted] Scenic Highway in Snellville, Georgia, and had a terrible experience with the manager named Austin. I was there with six kids and felt racially profiled from the moment I arrived. Despite spending $[redacted] and giving him $[redacted], I was treated disrespectfully throughout. The manager made offensive comments and withheld my change, acting unprofessionally. When I requested a refund, he claimed to be the manager and refused to give back the full amount. Eventually, after involving the Snellville police, he returned the remaining $14. It was truly the worst movie experience I have ever had.
