While at Borehamwood retail park today, I parked my car and was startled to see three Aldi trolleys chained together speeding toward me. They collided with my car, causing significant scratches and dents. I was just about to head into Aldi for some shopping. I spoke with Ashley at the Aldi store, and he inspected the damage, took photos, and saw the trolleys that caused the incident. He acknowledged the trolleys were improperly connected and said he would escalate the issue to head office. Ashley also mentioned he would check CCTV footage to review the event. I wanted to report this incident as my car was damaged without any fault of mine, which was distressing. I have attached photos displaying the damage and the trolleys involved. The customer service experience I had at your Elkton MD store was not satisfactory. I wanted to give praise to your associate Josh at store [redacted] in Christina, Delaware, where I've been shopping for over a decade. I find your ads confusing with different start dates at various locations. It was frustrating to not have my concerns addressed by an employee at the Elkton store, who walked away during the conversation. I suggest labeling the store location on ads to avoid unnecessary trips. It was disheartening that I couldn't reach any corporate employees for assistance. Thank you for your time.

I had a fall at your store located at [redacted] S Texas 6, Houston TX [redacted] due to a spilled can of tomato sauce. I injured my left knee and informed the cashier about the situation. However, they mentioned being the only one in the store and unable to clean it up. This led me to experience swelling and difficulty putting pressure on my knee. I encountered password issues which led to unintentionally placing two similar orders due to password confusion. The total cost was around $48 and $56, but the delivery person couldn't confirm the specific items. This resulted in a total charge of $[redacted] to $[redacted] from my checking account and EBT. I believe I should have only been charged for one order as the app advised me to reorder during a technical glitch. I added extra items, like ice cream, leading to receiving multiple deliveries from Belmont Aldi's. I am seeking resolution for this duplicate charge situation.

I recently visited my local store Coulby Newham Ts8 around 3 p.m. and was shocked by the significant amount of out-of-date products in the chiller. I noticed chicken with a date of the 21st, which was already past due. When I asked the staff for assistance in finding fresh stock, I was met with unhelpful responses. The situation didn't improve when I checked the expiry dates on the yogurts I usually purchase weekly - some were labeled 3/5, 15/5, and 21/5 when today's date is the 22nd. Other customers also mentioned that the issue of expired products seems to be getting worse. It is disappointing because I used to enjoy shopping at this store, but I am now reconsidering my future visits. I hope this feedback reaches the management, and I look forward to your response. Last week, during the chicken sale, I was third in line. When the doors opened, the people in front and I discovered there was no chicken in the case. We approached the store manager, who was unhelpful and claimed all the chicken was out. Despite this, we requested she check the back, which she refused to do. Other customers in the store also expressed their frustration, accusing the manager of keeping the chicken for herself and her staff. This behavior is unacceptable, and the Palmdale CA store's integrity is in question. I would like to know how you plan to address this situation. On Saturday, May 28, [redacted], around 2:00 p.m., I noticed half a dozen chainsaws on a shelf, not in the marked specials crates, with a price tag of $15.99 each. Intrigued by the value, I took one to the front of the store, inquiring about the location of a manager on the way. I found one and requested a scan of the product. The manager informed me the correct price was $[redacted].99, explaining that the price tag had not been updated. The previous tag apparently belonged to cat food, but I couldn't read it from a distance. ALDI's policy states that if an item scans at a different price than advertised, the first item is free and the rest are sold at the lower incorrect price. I tried to contact them, hoping for a fair resolution. As someone who has recently battled cancer, I am not seeking to take advantage, just looking for a proper outcome. Respectfully, Daniel B.

During my time as an employee at Store #5 in Morgantown, WV, I had a negative experience with Assistant Store Manager Brenda Hughes. She retaliated against me when I requested a clean uniform, forcing me to wear a dirty shirt from the break room. The District Manager, Heath, was aware of the situation but allowed it to happen. Feeling unsupported by the local management, I sought to speak with Heath, who I found to be rude and untrustworthy. After becoming ill and needing a doctor's note to return to work, I overheard that I was to be terminated. Feeling unwell and upset, I decided to resign on the spot. Although I regret not handling the situation differently, I am considering seeking legal advice for what I believe was retaliation and discrimination. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I am unsure if Aldi still carries coconut sugar. I plan to stop by but do not want to waste time or fuel unnecessarily. I wish Aldi provided better customer service by having someone available to answer inquiries about their stock. It is frustrating when a store values efficiency over interacting with customers. I will go out of my way for coconut sugar if needed, as it is the best option for me. In my opinion, Aldi should consider offering more support to customers seeking information about their products. It is important to balance efficiency with customer service, especially when prices are competitive. Having a phone line for inquiries about stock and products would greatly improve the shopping experience.

I am a loyal shopper at Aldi supermarkets and enjoy their product selection. During my recent visit to the Penrith Aldi on 23.07.22 at 10:04, I noticed a pricing discrepancy with the Hot Smoked Salmon. Despite a reduced price label of £2.99 in front of the product, I was charged £3.69 for each pack at the checkout. After bringing this to the staff's attention, it was determined that the price ticket was misplaced, leading to the confusion. Despite my request for the correct pricing, I was told to pay the full amount or receive a refund. As a 61-year-old regular customer, I have never encountered such treatment before. Today, as I placed my items on the belt, there was still another customer being served. When I tried to approach the counter, the staff member started scanning before I was fully at the front. I politely asked her to wait until I was ready, but she accused me of telling her how to do her job. When I explained, the manager who intervened was extremely rude and eventually asked me to leave the store. I purchased Ashfield 10% less fat mince beef, but upon opening it, I found it to be dark grey and mouldy inside. Without a receipt, I couldn't prove it. The ongoing issues with the fridges and freezers at the Wisbech Aldi branch likely caused the improper storage of the meat. Unfortunately, this only became evident once the meat was opened. In light of this, if there is a food poisoning outbreak in Wisbech, this incident might be a contributing factor worth looking into.

I was charged $2.19 for 48 oz of Carlini Pure Vegetable Oil at Aldi's, but I never purchased it. It's frustrating to be overcharged, especially when money is tight. I prefer a refund via check or store credit to resolve this issue. Aldi's lack of easily accessible contact information makes it challenging to address concerns promptly. Although they aim to keep prices low, it would be beneficial to have self-checkout options to expedite the checkout process, especially during busy times. Additionally, ensuring the quality of produce is essential as lower prices lose their value if the items are spoilt. Requiring customers to return to the store for refunds can be inconvenient; it would be more customer-friendly to offer alternatives.

Today, my spouse and I visited the Aldi store in Laurel, MD to purchase some fresh fruits and vegetables. After selecting our items, we proceeded to the checkout. As we packed our own bags, my husband inquired about the receipt, which I realized I hadn't collected. He returned to the cashier, who provided it and revealed we were charged for an extra item - a container of cut fresh pineapple squares totaling $3.49. This raised concerns, prompting my husband to address the manager. Upon their return, we noticed the following customer had also been overcharged for an item. I'm disappointed by this experience at Aldi's as I've always respected the store in the past. The manager's response left me feeling uneasy. It's disheartening to suspect dishonest practices within the store.

Hello! I am a big fan of Aldi. I live in the Bronx and used to travel to Newburgh, NY, just to shop at Aldi. I was thrilled when Aldi opened a store on Gun Hill Road near me. However, I am facing a frustrating issue. Due to medical problems and my age (80), my ability to walk and shop has decreased. The electric cart was a huge help, but it's no longer available, and regular shopping carts are often out of stock. I've been struggling to shop with a small bag, given my limitations. Hello, I would like to address a safety concern regarding the new store that recently opened in Lutz, Florida. As a regular walker in the area, I pass by your store every weekday morning. I have noticed that the landscaping around the sidewalk is not well-maintained. The sprinkler heads are leaking excessively, causing the sidewalk to become slippery due to vegetation growth. This could be a potential hazard, especially for pedestrians like myself. I suggest looking into the landscaping company responsible for the installation, as there seems to be issues with the mulch and weed growth.
