I visited the Aldi located at [redacted] Chapel Hill Rd, Douglasville, GA [redacted] to purchase a Range Master 24' grill and a Gardenline 30' outdoor fire bowl which were advertised to go on sale on 06/10/[redacted]. I arrived an hour before the store opened, being the first one there. When they opened at 9 AM, I asked the associate about the items and was told they were already sold out as they were put out the day before. I requested to speak with a manager, but was informed that Kim, the manager, was off for the next 2 days. I am very disappointed as these were meant to be Father's Day gifts. I had a disappointing experience at the Aldi location in Blue Island, Illinois ([redacted] S. Western Ave, Blue Island, Illinois, [redacted]). During my visit, cashier Tamika, working at 2:30 PM, insisted that I needed to have my own basket at the checkout for security reasons. Despite my explanation, Tamika removed the basket abruptly while I was transferring my items from a box to a grocery bag. I tried to convey my need for the basket due to my disability as a U.S. Army Disabled veteran, but Tamika was unhelpful and confrontational. This confrontation made me feel embarrassed and uncomfortable, especially as Tamika was not wearing a mask. This behavior was unexpected and unacceptable from an Aldi cashier, and I believe better customer service should have been provided in this situation.

Hello, my name is James, I'm 46 years old, and I live in Horsham, Victoria, [redacted]. The day before Mother’s Day this year, I purchased three EASYHOME Heated Throw Blankets. Unfortunately, the first blanket stopped working after just over a month. I didn't return it to the store immediately, hoping it was a one-time issue. However, in the last two weeks, the other two blankets have also stopped working. I bought three blankets to aid my mom, who suffers from severe arthritis and is recovering from a stroke, as well as myself, recovering from a car accident. I don't have the receipt, but I can provide the serial numbers for the blankets. I'm not seeking a money refund but would appreciate replacement blankets. Please review case number A[redacted] for Andy Cooper located at 26 Mamore Road, Kinlochleven, Scotland PH50 4QP. I placed an order for two rucksacks with drinking sacs on May 27th. Despite returning two sets due to the absence of the drinking sacs, the issue persists. Last weekend, after a lengthy wait, a helpful customer service representative acknowledged similar complaints regarding the product. He mentioned that they are working on resolving the matter with the warehouse and guaranteed the correct items in my next delivery. However, the third set received on Friday still lacked the drinking sacs. As my primary interest was in the drinking system, I am inquiring about the options for resolution, including a potential refund while keeping the bags for alternate solutions.

I accidentally bought whole bean coffee instead of ground coffee. When trying to exchange it, the store manager said they couldn't do exchanges at that moment. I've been holding onto the coffee for about 4 months now. When will I be able to exchange it? We also bought two bags of a different coffee flavor that we didn't like. I have visited Aldi's in Arcadia CA #[redacted] when Jose is the cashier on duty. On multiple occasions, I have encountered issues with his customer service. During the first incident, I observed him carelessly placing cans of food on top of fresh vegetables and other delicate items. When I asked him to be more careful, his response was dismissive, and he continued the same behavior. This lack of concern for proper handling puzzled me. When I requested to speak to the store manager, he finally corrected the situation, but with an air of indifference. In another instance, when I inquired about returning an item, Jose redirected me to a different line abruptly without addressing my query about customer service. This lack of attentiveness led to a frustrating experience. During a third incident, after completing a return, I was waiting in line with just one item to purchase when Jose directed the customer behind me to a different checkout, disregarding the line order. This behavior displayed a disregard for customer service and a preference for his own convenience. Despite raising these concerns with the manager, the situation has not improved, prompting me to share my experiences here.

I recently used Aldi for home delivery and was very pleased with the service. However, I seem to have forgotten the password for my doreen3237@gmail account. Despite multiple attempts to reset through Aldi's prompts, I have not received the password reset email from them. I am inquiring about the discontinuation of the FRESH WILD CAUGHT ALASKAN SOCKEYE SALMON from the fresh food case. We used to buy this product weekly and found it consistently delicious. The price was reasonable, and the taste and presentation never disappointed. Atlantic salmon does not compare in flavor or appearance to Sockeye. For reference: - 3oz. of Atlantic Salmon: [redacted] calories, 10.5g fat, 1,820mg DHA plus EPA - 3oz. of Sockeye Salmon: [redacted] calories, 4.7g fat, 730mg Omega-3s I urge you to reconsider removing this product from your offerings. I had an unpleasant experience with a cashier at the store. I brought a reusable bag with items, and the cashier removed one item to scan. When I questioned this, he rudely stated he couldn't scan through the bag. Despite my polite request, he continued to be impolite, even peeking inside my bag. I've never encountered such behavior here before. The cashier, Lawrence at store #68, was disrespectful throughout the transaction. I've always had friendly service at this store until now. I informed him I would report his behavior, to which he arrogantly responded that it wouldn't be the last time I faced such treatment. This cashier's conduct was unacceptable, and I hope this issue gets addressed to ensure customers are treated respectfully.

I had a terrible experience at Aldi in Lake City, Florida yesterday. The cashier, Megan, treated me poorly. She aggressively handled my cart and threw my items into a box. Her behavior was unprofessional, and I left feeling upset.

I visited the Aldi store in Morecambe this morning. After shopping, I spoke with the manager regarding three queries. Firstly, I inquired about the availability of small trolleys. Secondly, I asked about Aldi's plans for online shopping and home delivery services. Lastly, I sought clarification on the protocol managers follow if there is a resurgence of stockpiling during a potential lockdown. The manager named Ed at the promenade branch was courteous, well-dressed, and articulate. He attentively addressed all my concerns. I wish to express my appreciation rather than lodging a usual complaint. I frequent this Aldi location with my friends, some visiting the Lancaster store, while the others shop at the promenade branch in Morecambe. I want to commend Ed for his exceptional service and professionalism. In our eyes, he deserves a gold star. - Victoria Ward & co. Thank you.

Dear Aldi Stores, I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the recent incident that occurred at your Smithdown Rd (Liverpool) store on Monday, October 12th. I have been a loyal customer of this store since it first opened, and I have always spoken highly of the shop and its staff. However, on that particular evening, I had a distressing experience that has left me feeling reluctant to return to the store. Upon entering the store, I noticed the security guard near the exit door, and it became evident that he was observing my every move as I shopped. After making a purchase and queuing at the checkout, I was asked to accompany him for a private conversation. I was then taken to a private area where I was asked to empty my bag, which left me feeling humiliated and violated. As a loyal customer, I cannot understand why I was targeted in such a manner without any evidence of wrongdoing. This experience has deeply affected me, and I feel compelled to share my feelings with you. Recently, I've been buying a lot of Aldi Mamia fragranced wipes due to my disability. Since having a stroke in [redacted], I rely on these wipes to keep my hands clean. Additionally, I use them for my two three-year-old grandsons during nappy changes. We used to prefer Sainsbury's wipes, but they changed to a film closure that didn't seal properly, causing them to dry out. I switched to Aldi because of their lid closure, but now I've noticed Aldi has also switched to a film closure. This closure leads to the wipes drying out and is especially difficult for disabled individuals. I belong to online communities for parents and disabled people, and many are searching for wipes with a lid closure. It would be great if Aldi could bring back the lid closure to save money and reduce waste. I buy approximately 12 packs a week and would prefer to pay more for a better closure system. I purchased Alesto walnuts from your Harwich store in Essex and have been doing so weekly for over 2 years. I usually have them with my cereal. Recently, I came across something unusual in one of the walnuts I was eating. Upon inspection, I found one large lump and several smaller ones that appeared to be congealed brown powder in the walnut packet. I showed this to a worker at the store and he mentioned he would replace it. However, since I am a regular buyer of this product, I am curious to know what exactly it was. I cannot locate a phone number for the "Kirkwood Boneless Turkey Breast" to check its quality. I bought it in December [redacted] and it has been in my freezer since. The package indicates an expiration date of 06/01/[redacted]. I would like to confirm if it is still safe to eat for Thanksgiving. Additionally, I have a frozen "Sweet Potato Casserole with praline topping" from Aldi, purchased at the same time, with no visible expiration date. I am unsure if it is still good. I recently got Kirkwood Honey Bar-B-Q chicken wings, but they were way too salty for my family to enjoy. This hasn't been an issue in the past, so I'm hoping it was just a one-time mistake. I recently spoke with my 10-year-old daughter who mentioned witnessing a man attempting to steal a Christmas tree from in front of your store on Wood Street in Middleton. The incident occurred as she was returning the shopping cart. The man was on the steps trying to take a tree; it's uncertain if he succeeded. I am facing an issue with the $99 Pre-lit Christmas Tree I bought from your Chirnside Park, Victoria store. The connector plugs for the lights on the top and middle sections are both 'male' plugs, making them impossible to connect. I am looking for some help on whether other customers have experienced this problem, if trees have been returned that I can use to fix mine, if there are still trees in stock for an exchange, and if it's possible to purchase a 'female/female' connector. I recently bought 4 boxes of Aldi mince pies that were supposed to be on offer for 39p per box. However, upon checking my receipt, I was actually charged 75p per box. The Manager informed me that the offer had ended the week before, even though the price tag still showed 39p. Despite my concerns, he removed the price tag without an apology. Other displays still showed the pies at 39p. I believe by law they should have honored the displayed price. As a loyal Aldi customer, I am quite disappointed by this experience.
