My main issue is the fact that as a paying consumer I cannot contact anyone at Aldi's when I do have a problem, by phone or email and don't feel confident that they would respond to a letter if even received. Today I bought * * gallon bottles of water at about .** - .** a piece and was charged for * packs of blueberries at $*.** a piece. I did not realize this mistake until I got home and wanted to call the store to inform them that I would be coming back later because I didn't have the time to turn around and go right back but like I said there's no way to contact anyone at the stores or even a main headquarters. This is not the first time I've had to contact all these so I already knew there was no way to get in contact with them but I tried anyway. It even offers a suggestion of communicating with them via email through a link that does not work and it does not give an email address. It's bad enough I'm getting charged for things I did not purchase but I'm more offended that they put these stores in our neighborhoods and take our money yet don't respect the community enough to leave any means of communication besides going to the store which leads to all other kinds of problems
