It is not about a product it is about another Parking Charge Notice I have received requesting £** or £**.** if paid straight away. This is the third or fourth notice we have received from Parking eye. We shop at Aldi every month and do a month's shopping for my husband, myself and our two boys. I spend on average £***. which I did on the **th January. My husband who I have to take with me sometimes is **, walks very slowly but he has problems with his legs and he has just had a cancer procedure completed at Hereford Hospital. I fill two trolleys every month and to do this when my husband is with me takes well over a hour and a half. We walk around the store doing our shopping, get through checkout, take to the car and unload and then start the process again. I have tried to contact Parking Eye via their e.mail to find that it will not accept it although the e.mail address I have used is correct according to their letter. I cannot contact them by phone because there is only a phone number to pay the parking notice which I am not prepared to do as we do not leave our car and go off, my husband would not be able to walk up into town and if I wished to do something in town then I would pay the £*.** fee and parking the council owned car park. I am very upset as I have been in touch with Parking Eye at least twice or three times before explaining this and I do not want any more notices of this kind coming to my door because I have taken longer in Aldi then the more "normal" person would. I am happy to photocopy the receipts and send them to you, you will see the amount and presumably the time as well as the date. Please confirm that you will try and sort this matter out because if I have any more hassle from Parking Eye I will go shopping elsewhere. I don't mean to sound nasty but to be honest with my husband's health I can do without hassle. If you would like to phone me then my telephone number is ***** ******.
