I have submitted several Wellness claims with cancer and accident one keeps coming back saying it's already been submitted I have waited hours and days and days to speak to someone I finally spoke to someone they told me exactly what to do and to resubmit that it would go through which I have been told two times now when I finally get through only to have it returned as it has already been submitted. I am ready to drop this I know it doesn't really mean a lot to anyone working there you will still get a paycheck rather I keep it or not but it's the idea but I've had these policies for a long time are now when you call me back I will have the phone in my hand but it never rings and later it will show up that A call came through somehow someway I don't know but I'm very frustrated
GetHuman-pjsacca did not yet indicate what AFLAC should do to make this right.
