I have a pending disconnection scheduled for today, but I have a child at home who requires breathing equipment. I was told I can have a medical document faxed to my doctor to temporarily halt the disconnection for a few days to give them time to fill out the paperwork. How can I proceed with this? When I call, the automated system directs me to report a power outage, and I am unable to reach a live representative. I urgently need to speak with someone before my service is disconnected. Thank you. - Shannon I also have an upcoming appointment for winter crisis assistance. I am not sure if this will prevent the disconnection. My appointment confirmation code is [redacted], scheduled for the end of November at 2:30 pm.

Upon returning home after an extended absence, I discovered that a friend I allowed to stay had failed to transfer the utilities to his name. The electricity was shut off due to non-payment, and he had even resorted to stealing power. My ex-husband, who is unwell and requires breathing treatments, urgently needs the power reinstated. I am willing to pay the outstanding bill but cannot afford the lump sum demanded. The doctor has emphasized the critical need for electricity for his care. The quoted amount to reconnect seems unmanageable, and I fear I may also be charged for the disconnection. We are in a desperate situation, seeking compassion and understanding from the utility company. The person responsible for this situation, Justin Johnson, has left us in a precarious state. Any assistance in resolving this issue promptly would be greatly appreciated to ensure the well-being of my ex-husband, a Vietnam veteran suffering from respiratory issues. My name is Taryn Harding, and I live at [redacted] Elm Street NE in Sugarcreek, OH. I need the money that was mistakenly taken from my account to be refunded, at least partially. Due to a misunderstanding, AEP withdrew $[redacted] from my account. I believed I had arranged to spread the bill over the next 12 months, but I misunderstood the need to pay $[redacted] on July 5th, resulting in the full amount being withdrawn. This has led to an overdrawn account and left us unable to pay other bills. Please keep the $[redacted] and return the remainder as this situation has put us in financial hardship. We have been loyal AEP customers, but I am considering switching providers if this is not resolved. It is frustrating that the company does not consider the difficulties their actions can cause. If there is anyone who can reverse this, please help.

I am a customer who needs to talk to a representative at AEP customer service. When I called, the automated system notified me that my payment is due today. However, my check won't arrive until tomorrow morning. I'm unsure if it's possible to make the payment tomorrow or if it must be made by today. I am unaware of the exact deadline and want to ensure I don't violate my PIP contract. Kindly provide me with the necessary information to avoid any issues. Thank you for your assistance.
