The issue in GetHuman-cndfaust's own words
Have had numerous false alarms caused by sensitive sensors. The last one was when I was in the air flying home. The guard was there with my neighbor just as we arrived home. Said it was grasshoppers hitting the glass door. Now we can’t connect with the pulse app to set or disarm the system. Sometimes I get a message saying the door is open. The yellow caution symbol on my security system has been on solid since last week. Looked that up online, er my security unit says need a technician to change out battery. Called last Thursday spoke with Esther was walked through arming, setting off alarm, then rearming. Said no battery in the unit, was a communication error. Said it should be ok in a few minutes. The symbol is still lit, still can’t arm or disarm with the Pulse app. Called today and she told me I need to open the sealed system display. Also when I asked about bad sensor, that I would be charged $*** for the first half hour if technician sent out. Needless to say, I’m quite angry and upset. If I wanted self service I would have gotten Simply Safe or another similar type security system. Your own “help” information on line says not to open my type of unit. I want to cancel but have been with you for one year, a little over
