On the day my security system was installed I requested that my monthly bill be charged to my account on the *th of each month. The gentleman that installed my security system assured me this would not be a problem. Well so far it’s been a problem because I’ve been charged on ********, ********, and ********. I even called customer service and was told it would be changed. Can someone please make this correction? If not, I would like to change the credit card to my American Express. Thank you.
