I am having trouble with my refund from defenders. We installed a security system *-**-** and faxed in the cancellation notice on *-**-**. they sent two other techs out to try to get the system working and it never would stay working. The second Tech ever said it would not stay running, I asked him to remove it and he told me I would have to call in to make an appointment to remove it. I did and they set up an appointment to remove it on the Next Monday nobody showed up after we set there all day, I called back in they sent another Tech to remove it the following Thursday. When I called about the refund the next week they said the Tech had not turned in the equipment yet and told me it would be ** business days before the refund, I called the next week and was told ** to ** business days. Now yesterday they told me it could take up to ** days. The cancellation contract I sent in said I would have all money back within ** business day of receiving the cancellation notice. They did not tell me I had to contact monthly monitoring fee until around the **th of October. I have no problem with ADTs refund but defenders has had my money since *-**-**. It just makes ADT look bad when it takes so long to receive the money back. Can you help me speed up this? I also understand their are a contractor you use, but it reflects on you how they do business, account was under ***-***-****. Thanks
