The issue in GetHuman-deefisch's own words
Initial system installed ****. No up-grades until April ****, and those cost me $***.**. Been seeing promos from ADT for install of $*** worth of new, modern security system at a month cost of about $** per quarter, but for new customers only. My service has steadly increased from $** per quarter to $*** for present **** quarterly cost. My question "why be a loyal ADT customer for ** years when I can change companies every few years and get new equipment, key control, etc. FREE at a cost $** less than I'm paying now. I did call a few weeks past and talked with a ADT associate concerning the loyal customer statement, was told that he would put me on hold while he got a supervisor to address my question. What happened next - a click and dial tone. That young man HUNG UP on me! That is certainly not good Customer Service, it is extremely POOR customer service.**Thanks for your time, Frank Fischer
