I received the new Wisely Card by ADP. I intended on using it as a direct deposit. I set up **% of my pay to the wisely card and had the remaining **% go to my regular banking card. Since May **st I have not received any of my **% to the wisely card, which now totals more than $***. I get paid biweekly (semi-monthly) so for the pay periods of **** - **** & **** all have received no money to my Wisely card by ADP. I do however receive my **% of my pay to my regular bank, but for my wisely card I still have a balance of $*.** , from which at this point should have over $***. I contacted my HR department about the issue. I was only given a number * for ADP customer service. How can I receive my money?
