Help with my ADP Payroll and Benefits issue

It won't let me into my current account when I try to change my password (it shows an old job at RetailDataLLC). *I'm working for Elevate Home Healthcare now.

GetHuman-aimiehal did not yet indicate what ADP Payroll and Benefits should do to make this right.

How GetHuman-aimiehal fixed the problem
It was hard...took me a good while. They need to upgrade their website to make it easier to navigate! I kept on trying different passwords and finally got through...took me over a half hour on that try. I had tried numerous times earlier in the day. It kept jumping, so it's not mobile phone friendly...that made it even more difficult. I hope I never have to go through that again!!! They need a number where you can talk to a real person that can guide you, not try to wade through an automated system like they have!
