I certainly would not* and did not subscribe to this service however I’m just noticing I’ve been charged twice for a total of $**.**. Of course about *-* people have about *-* separate times used my IPad...Namely my partner’s niece and two nephews, the boys are in junior high. It’s a definite possibility they did this, but that doesn’t justify a refusal of my refund. AbcMouse will not be able to say I’ve ever so much as visited their site, let alone logging in and using a service that my composition of this message proves I could never need even if I had temporarily lost sanity! My refund, given promptly, is the exact action that a reputable company doing business ethically would intend.
GetHuman1633024 did not yet indicate what ABCMouse.com should do to make this right.
