I honestly thought we cancelled ABC years ago. We are still being charged an annual fee for something we haven’t used in * years. I just tried to follow your directions for cancelling again. I will now go through our credit card company and file a complaint to dispute charges. You should not make canceling a member****p so difficult. *You also are not forthcoming with a toll free customer support number. *Because of these things, I would not recommend ABCmouse to anyone.
I trust that ABCMouse.com will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
