In June [redacted], I made a purchase at Marlo Furniture in Rockville, MD. By November, we noticed defects in the furniture, including two recliners and a couch. Despite contacting the vendor multiple times, they have failed to address the issue. It took 8 weeks to receive the furniture delivery due to COVID-19 delays. Synchrony bank's handling of the situation has also been disappointing, with promises of a 60-day investigation that they did not fulfill. The extended warranty has not been of help either. I have reported the issue to Montgomery Consumer Service, but I am still awaiting a response. Synchrony bank is now asking for the $1,[redacted] balance, which I find unjust considering the poor quality of the furniture. They should either repair the furniture, provide a refund, or dispose of it. Thank you, Johana Walburn.

Many people advocate for her transfer to a sea pen in Washington State where she can be with her mother and receive proper care. The facility's lack of transparency and evasive responses when addressing concerns about Lolita's welfare are troubling. It's time to reconsider her living conditions and allow her a chance to be free, like dolphins who thrive in the wild. I have experienced harassment, intimidation, and racial discrimination from the Tucson Police Department. Since November, when I moved into the Cordova Apartments on 29th and Columbus in Tucson, AZ, I have been dealing with this issue. I visited the office to explain that I was on probation, and my upstairs neighbor keeps calling the police on me unjustly. I am concerned that if I am falsely accused, I could end up in prison due to false reports driven by jealousy and lies. The neighbor's connection with a high-ranking officer named Bill seems to have influenced the situation. Despite filing a complaint, I was disheartened to hear from Officer Bill that the complaints will be dismissed. It is essential to shed light on how individuals are treated by the Tucson Police Department.

I was let go from my job on July 19, [redacted]. At the end of July 28 and 29, I started my unemployment claim. It's now September 8, and I'm still waiting for payment from August. The system has changed, and when I try to sign in with my ID.me, it keeps looping and saying it doesn't recognize my new password. I've tried over 15 times and spent multiple hours on hold with unemployment, only to be disconnected. The one person I spoke to said they couldn't help until I signed into ID.me. I used to work for a company in Phoenix, AZ, which had a retirement account in my name with TIAA. Recently, I had to close the account to cover overdue rent. The process involved the company confirming my employment status within five days and waiting two more days for the funds. However, there is a discrepancy in the timing. I lost my job at the beginning of last month and applied for unemployment benefits, which I have a right to receive. Unfortunately, the process in New Jersey is overly complicated for people like myself. They require identity verification through a third-party company called ID.me, which has been a challenging and unprofessional experience due to system issues. Even after completing the verification, it can take up to 8 weeks for the state to process the claim. This delay is making it extremely difficult for me to support my family. I feel that Governor Murphy should address these inefficiencies and show more concern for the struggles of New Jersey families. It's disheartening to think that maybe I made a mistake in voting for him.

I was deeply concerned as my wife threatened suicide while at North Auburn Rehabilitation Center. When I tried contacting them, I was directed to a voicemail, which prompted me to call [redacted]. Unfortunately, they didn't confirm if help was on the way, so I rushed to the facility as quickly as possible to ensure my wife's safety, driving urgently but without emergency lights or sirens. Time was of the essence, and I had to act swiftly to potentially save a life.

I have owned a COBI CDV-30 DVD player for a while now. Recently, I purchased some TV series on DVD and attempted to select individual episodes, only to realize that my DVD player did not support this feature. I decided to order a new DVD player from the Harriet Carter catalog. To my disappointment, the new player I received turned out to be another COBI CDV-30, which also did not allow me to select episodes. Doubting that both players could be faulty, I reached out to COBI customer service for technical assistance using the number [redacted]. However, upon contacting them, I was bombarded with unrelated sales offers instead of the support I needed. Despite my attempts to speak with technical support, I was unable to get the help I required from COBI.

My name is Henry S. I am a veteran residing at Park View Senior Community in Glen Burnie, located at [redacted] E. Furnace Branch Rd, MD [redacted]. Many residents here use wheelchairs and cannot access the laundry room on the 2nd floor due to the building's 4-story structure and unreliable elevator, which operates only about 20% of the time. The management is aware of the situation but the issue persists. Personally, I struggle to climb stairs due to blocked arteries. It would be devastating in case of an emergency on an upper floor. We have reached out to the agency for aging and the County Executive's Office for assistance, but we are still awaiting a response. I would like to have my business featured on TV because my Medicaid coverage through Ambetter Superior Health Plan has been suspended. Despite receiving mail stating I am still covered, there seems to be a discrepancy. By sharing my story on TV, I hope to receive the help I urgently need due to the inadequate performance of TDCJ in handling medical transitions for inmates preparing for release. I suspect I may have been diagnosed with colon cancer, but obtaining medical records while facing life challenges is overwhelming. Being denied coverage after regularly donating blood in TDCJ for hep-C is distressing. I am dealing with wrist damage, hep-C, breathing issues, and more without proper guidance or support. My loved one, Jeffrey V., underwent a hip replacement at Southeastern Regional Hospital in Lumberton, NC. After surgery, he was initially well, but when they tried to discharge him the next day, I couldn't get him due to car troubles. I couldn't reach anyone by phone that evening, and when I finally did on Wednesday night, the call suddenly cut off. Concerned, I rushed to the hospital the next morning. Jeffrey was in a terrible state, struggling to breathe, sweating, and asking for oxygen. Despite my pleas, the staff insisted on discharging him. Eventually, they overdosed him on medications he wasn't supposed to be on, causing his death. The hospital's lack of care and professionalism shocked me. I've reported the incident to the medical board and authorities, and I'm determined to seek justice for Jeffrey. This hospital needs to be investigated and held accountable for the numerous complaints and deaths associated with it. I'm not giving up until this story is heard and changes are made. I am in the process of selling my home and recently discovered that there are liens against it from code enforcement. I visited code enforcement on May 30, [redacted] to address this issue. A representative contacted me on June 2, [redacted] and explained that I never received fines or lien notices because they were being sent to a PO box of a previous owner that has been closed for 10 years. I have reached out to the supervisor, contacted the Mayor for assistance, but have not received any response from the supervisor. I urgently need to resolve this matter or file an appeal.
