If my confirmed email address is indeed *****@***.com, then why are you still showing DAVIDRADO**@MSN.COM on your website's "SUBMIT A HELP REQUEST" portal?**Secondly, why was my Discover Card ending in ***** charged $*.** for a membership that is NOT payable via auto billing until the end of January ****.**Lastly, why have I NOT been receiving NEWSLETTERS subscribed on your website for over * months and counting?**It appears you have a major IT problem on your website that you must address accordingly.
