Resolve s AAA service issue ... A diffective battery was placed in my car by AAA service when received roadside assistance. Next day again car would not start . AAA jumped and I tookcar to mechanic and he tested battery and would only hold ** percent charge. My husband and I went to AAA StL headquarters off I ** and explained situation. Was told someone higher up would get back to us. a triple A person came and got battery and kept overnight to charge and returned. Few days later car again would not start. Serviceman from AAA who came to we thought replace malfunctioning battery from AA came but said his boss said nothing about replacing battery and again jumped car to start. We are now having to replace battery ourselves with our mechanic after another AAA jump. We had been told to drive around awhile to keep AAA battery charged which we had been doing. But today after sitting only two days, car tried to start it wouldn't. Got another AAA jump and took to mechanic and we purchased new battery from him . He had told us old battery only held **percent charge before and now when put in newly purchased battery, checked to verify nothing on car draining battery which he verified. My husband has used all his * services on his card and they were gonna charge him $** for jump. Fortunately I have my own separate card for service and could use that but now I am only * services away from being out of services...due to the multiple problems with malfunctioning battery installed by AAA! We brought testing paperwork to AAA headquarters to show the battery AAA installed was not holding a charge. But received no satisfaction or replaced battery from AAA. Instead we have had to deplete our services, be inconvenienced, and purchase ANOTHER new battery from our mechanic because of getting the brush-off from AAA. We are long-term members...and very disappointed with this situation. Can you make this right?? At least give back my husband's wastes service credits to his card so he is still protected by coverage. Please help make your company the good provider we have always counted on AAA to be. This has used up all services on my husband's AAA card with no resolution to defective battery installed by AAA roadservice
Reissuing services available onto Mark Seigel's AAA card...and refunding money for defective AAA battery installed by roadservice
Longterm customers
Went to AAA StL headquarters to show proof battery defective, not holding full charge. Was told would get answer but no one contacted us and AAA serviceman said couldn't replace battery because " my boss never told me to"
