I was pressured into a Renters Insurance Policy while switching out a sold vehicle for a newly acquired Truck on my Auto Insurance Policy. *They collected An additional **.** for the RE tal*Insurance policy then never processed the paperwork I signed and sent back. Then I received a Notice if Cancellation Notice asserting the Agents never received the completed paperwork I returned to*Them. So I called a week before the Cancellation date and resigned paperwork and once again returned it to the Agent. Then a discount check for*My auto insurance arrives then the next day a discount check or refund check arrives in the amount of $**.** for on the “Renters Policy” . I cash both discount checks from AAA . A week later the bank informs me that Triple AAA returned the $**.** check unpaid and they charged me for another Renters Policy which they then charged my account and caused my Checking Account to be overdrawn which caused a $**.** overdraft fee to be assessed to my account! Next I call AAA to find out what is going on. I am told the original Renters Policy Was cancelled and a new Renters Policy was initiated without my consent. When I found out the Renters Policy was Cancelled after I returned the paperwork the second time a week*Before the threatened Cancellation Date I told them I don’t want the Renters Policy don’t issue a new one but they did. *The remedy I want is a full monetary refund of*All money paid on the first Renters Policy and any charges associated with as well as the $**.** overdraft caused by your company without authorization on the start up of the second policy because they were trying to cover their mistakes with the first policy. I tried handling this over the phone today with a Supervisor by the name of Romeo*Luciano and all he did is blame me and argue with me and refuse to cooperate with me*On obtaining my rightful refund. He should have been apologizing profusely on behalf of the company instead he blamed the customer and was*Entirely unhelpful and arrogant. *I want my $**.** back and my Other damages Of The $**.** overdraft reimbursed. It is not rocket science please expedite this refund * credit back into my checking account or by physical check to me ASAP.*Thank you*Linda Kay Johnson JD
