If you are currently under contract you will need to pay an Early Termination Fee. The best time to cancel is at the end of a billing cycle.
The issue in GetHuman-flthslvh's own words
Just cancel the service order. Once the guy called me back we canceled the order and everything is done. ... I tried to get assistance for a flat. I was told my wait time was *.* hours. That's ridiculous!*I'm trying to cancel the request, but all I can seem to get is the stupid recording! I tried the app...I must log in. I don't have any log in credentials! I tried the text...again with the jumping through the hoops!!! My car had a flat at my daughter's house. We made a service request at **:**, and they said it would take until *:** a.m. I'm trying to cancel the call so the guy doesn't come to my daughter's house at *:**, (or whatever unGodly hour he may arrive) and start banging on her door.
Every time I tried to get somebody on the phone, all I got was the same lady robot lady asking the same questions. I ended up using the text, which got me through, and the issue settled in about ** minutes. I'd been trying to cancel it by calling for over an hour.
Already resolved...I don't need help anymore.

The way I'm going to fix it tomorrow. My lug wrench that came with the car didn't fit. I'm going to get a socket that fits and fix it myself...and when my membership comes due for renewal, I'm going to save my money, and NOT do it.
