The issue in GetHuman-robbykri's own words
I've been a AAA member for twenty-five years. Today, my car broke down but when I called AAA to have it towed, they said my membership had been canceled because Sprint (partner of AAA) didn't pay as agreed for my membership. Yet, I have * statements from AAA showing the Sprint (Classic)portion paid as well as a zero balance after I paid extra to add PLUS to my membership. I also have the credit card statement showing I paid the PLUS amount prior to the renewal date.*Despite all this AAA refused to tow my car today.*I want my membership reinstated immediately and for AAA to tow my car the three miles to my mechanic*garage!
