This is for the Hertz location for Union Station*Double Tree Hilton as Management seem to not care. Please pass message to Hertz Corporate Office.***st time Experience (May ****):**I was hoping the convenience of having a car rental close to home in DTLA would be amazing, but the fact that they didn't open on their scheduled time is horrible. Please get with your representative to come on time especially for customers that are on a time schedule.***nd time experience (February **th, ****):**You would think you would benefit with AAA insurance to be working with Hertz which is so convenient living in DTLA. Guess what, it's not!!!! This is bad business practice and customer service is horrible. It's also branch with the Double Tree Hilton, yet horrible experience. May I say this has been my *nd time experiencing vehicles not being ready on the time I reserve a rental with AAA. I decided to walk to Union Station since it was a nice day, and apparently they didn't have any available rentals in Double Tree Hilton. Keep in mind I live literally across the street so it would've been convenient. You know I gave it shot by just ** minute walk to Union Station which wasn't that bad. I reserve a compact vehicle at * am thru my AAA weeks in advance. Next thing you know, there was no vehicles available. Are you kidding me!!!!! They said if anything they should have some available around * pm. So your telling me Hertz, if I reserve a rental at *:** am, I should wait till *:** pm for a rental. This is ridiculous!!! So Hertz decided to get my number to call me till they have one available (currently **:** am as I'm writing this aggravated review). So basically I decided to walk ** mins back home waiting for a freaking rental to be available. Oh yeah I was recommending as a customer service gesture to waive any additional cost if it would be okay to drop off the rental ( of course if I even get a rental) at the Double Tree Hilton since they are apparently the same branch. The gentleman said it's not guaranteed but it's worth a try. It mind boggles me that this is a business that accepts this kind of customer service. Come on Hertz!!!! Doesn't it look bad that you are working with both AAA and Double Tree Hilton, and offering this kind of service. Hertz with the FAIL!!!! Get it together. Perfect location, but lack of actual service for what is needed. The disappointment is real on this one. **Have a great day! Feel free to reach out if you need more suggestions on how to effectively run your business or at least provide some sort of set to potential customers.**Update (currently *:** pm as of Saturday Feb **th, ****)**I never received a call back, follow up, or any acknowledgement of when my rental vehicle is available. Remember this was a week reserved vehicle that I was supposed to be picked up at *:** am this early morning. It shows that whoever is managing this location in both Union Station*Double Tree doesn't really care. Where is the accountability on this type of service. Well I mean Technically I haven't really gotten any service because I never received my rental although it has been reserved. **Might as well not have this location available or change management. No matter what something needs to be done, and accountability needs to be taken place.
