Twice in the last few weeks I have needed Triple A roadside assistance. Both times I called and listened the muzac and never spoke to anyone and got no assistance. This last weekend I ended up paying Pop-A-Lock $**.** to unlock my car. You owe me $**.**. I have a witness, a manager at Whole Foods, who can verify how long I waited for someone to answer the phone at Triple A. I just called the local Triple A office and got the same response. A manager named Ben was on another line. They put me on hold again. Again I waited a long time before giving up on speaking to Ben. My club code is *** *** **********. I will not renew my Triple A membership unless I get an apology and a reimbursement.
