At *:** a.m. on **********, I requested help from AAA roadside assistance using my membership number (*** *** ********* *) to have a flatbed tow truck provided to take my vehicle for service (engine coils misfiring*not driveable). Not one, not two, but three different calls and text messages later, it was close to three hours and no help had been provided, with each text message pushing out the eta and additional ** minutes. Each time I called back expressing this is not the service that I have paid for to be reliable and that the experience today is not acceptable. A two truck driver finally arrived close to three hours after requesting help from AAA. Additionally, AAA team members have suggested using the AAA mobile app. The AAA mobile app is not a solution either. It is a failure on epic proportions. My membership records will show service requested in **** through the AAA mobile app that resulted in me getting a phone call from a tow truck driver in Tampa trying to find my location even though it was clearly typed multiple times into the AAA mobile as located in Sunny Isles Beach where I reside. As a member since ****, I have patiently and disappointly waited for service to be consistent and reliable and it is continually deteriorating. Something is inherently wrong with paying a membership and not receiving the services purchased in a reasonable amount of time. There can be no reasonable expectation to renew a membership at a cost that is more than the services being provided when requested.
