The issue in GetHuman-romerylb's own words
I purchased a new vehicle on *********. Called my agent on **** to inform him of the purchase. Logged into my account on **** and noticed my new vehicle was still on my account, called corporate office and was told my new vehicle was not covered under my policy, only my old vehicle. Logged into my account numerous times in July and called corporate office as well and was told the same, new vehicle not covered nor did I receive a policy adjustment*increase notice. From fear of driving around a new vehicle that was not insured, I started shopping for insurance from different providers. I informed the manager of the Lindell office that I was cancelling my policy as of ****, he pulled up my account and told me that he wasn't sure as to why my new vehicle wasn't included on my policy. A week after speaking to Mike, I received a collection bill for almost $***. As I stated, never received a notice of adjustment or notice that my policy had increased until I cancelled. This is just wrong. According to my agent, this $*** is for services received from **** even though my new vehicle was never insured until I called to cancel.
