I'm writing to express how disappointed I am with AAA. I have been trying to get my car running since last Thursday. I was told it was my battery by two different drivers. I was then told that the battery needed for my car was not in stock and had to be ordered but my car had to be towed to a AAA service center. My car was towed Saturday morning, ********. I did not receive or phone call at all on Saturday. As of Sunday, ********, @ **:**-*:** I called the service center and was told by the service center that my car had not been looked at or tested and that they were not aware of a battery being needed and that a battery will be order first thing Monday morning and replaced by mid afternoon. As of today, Monday, @ *:**pm, battery has still yet to be ordered and was told that I can buy a battery, have them replace the battery and get reimbursed or I can pay the service center for the battery to be ordered, wait until it comes then have them put battery in. I was not told any of this when my car was towed. I have been given the run around all day today not to be mention have been without a car from Saturday, Sunday or Monday. This is just unacceptable, time consuming and discourteous.
