To Whom it May Concern :**I have been a member for over * years and probably use your assistance once. **Every time I renewed my membership, the agent will either give me a discount or extra months on membership.**Recently, I was in desperate need of help and my car was not drivable. I called road side assistance and they told me since I had the basic membership, they could only towed the vehicle * miles. Since I live in Maine and every thing you do is at least ** to ** miles, I asked about upgrading the membership. She told me I would have to wait * days. **At this point, since triple AAA could not help me, I had to find another helper. **Now here is my delimna. I called today to upgrade my membership and had a male agent who had no clue what he was doing. Then, he transferred me to road side assistance in which she had no clue. She then put me on hold for ten minutes. By then, I had enough and will call back and hopefully I will get another agent that is competent. **I had to call back and talked to another male agent who claimed that I could used this membership right away. So, which agent is correct: the one who said I had to wait * days or the agent that said I could use the card right away? If I could use this card right away, I would not had the aggravation of going thru what I did when my car was not drivable.**Next, my membership expires in July in which three weeks triple A owes me. According to this same male agent triple A doesn't owe me because I upgraded my membership and that it'll end June * and not July *. **I would like to talk to someone about these issues.**My phone number is ***-***-****.**Theresa Sol *Membership ****************
