I went online to book a flight to Sao paulo the page kept saying that it was pending then I got an email saying that it was not authorize and the changes from the airline prevented me from booking the tickets at that price. I went on another website to book the tickets i check my account to ensure the money was there and it was not. The money had been completely deducted from the previous transaction. I went back to my email to see if they had emailed an itinerary instead a email stating that they had not processed the tickets. It has been A-day and my money is still not on my count now I am stranded in another country because all my funds are tied up to the previous tickets. This is in addition to an issue I had with you guys earlier last month something very similar. I sent an email saying I would not attempt to book with you all anymore just refund my money ASAP so me my family can move on. I have still not got the refund of money. I would just like to cancel my trip received my refund and part ways. I don't understand why you would have taken the money if you are not able to book the flight.
